Works Description:

1) Large brick extension and complete refurbishment to a run down semi-detached residential home transforming it to a large contemporary family house.

2) Both client, architect and contractor worked on the design of the property from the initial stages.

3) The brick extension extended over 2 storeys down the side and a 1 storey extension across the back of the building. This gave the client a new upstairs bathroom, a new upstairs bedroom, a new downstairs bathroom, a new utility room and a very large open plan kitchen.

4) The existing roof was completely retiled providing an impressive looking roof.

5) The property was completely replastered, rewired and fitted with new joinery throughout.

6) A modern real wood kitchen with granite worktops was fitted.

7) Three new bathroom suites were installed.
