works Description:

1) The client wanted to create a radical minimalist look to a period property in Whalley Range. This required careful planning of all sockets, radiator sitings, boiler siting and lighting to avoid surface mounted pipes or wires.

2) Reinstatement of exterior render.

3) Property was completely rewired.

4) Entire interior of property was replastered to a smooth finish.

5) New skirting, door frames and doors fitted to all rooms.

6) New gas central heating system.

7) New bathroom installed.

8) New kitchen fitted which was especially imported from Germany.

9) Complete decoration of property.

10) Contemporary wire and tube balustrade.
