works Description:

1) Structural work to rebuild the front elevation of former shop to create bay to front elevation of residential home. The client's main requirement was for an excellent brick match which was achieved by sourcing from specialist brick suppliers.

2) Rewire of entire property including electric sockets, vrecessed spot lighting data, telephone points throughout, aerial points throughout and burglar alarm.

3) Entire property was replastered to a smooth finish.

4) New skirting, door frames and doors fitted to all rooms.

5) New gas central heating system. The client stressed that no central heating pipes were to be on show which was achieved after careful planning with heating engineer.

6) New bathroom installed. To meet the client's requirements for both a shower and free standing bath special shower had to be imported to meet space requirements.

7) New contemporary kitchen fitted.

8) UPVC windows fitted to property.

9) Complete decoration of property.
