works description:

1) Large brick extension and partial refurbishment to a semi-detached residential property creating a substantially bigger family home.

2) The brick extension extended over 2 storeys down the side and over storeys across the back of the building. This gave the client a new upstairs bedroom, a new kitchen, a new downstairs toilet. All existing bedrooms upstairs were enlarged.

3) The property was extensively replastered, rewired and fitted with new joinery.

4) A modern real wood kitchen with granite worktops was fitted.

5) One new bathroom suite and one downstairs toilet were installed.
