works description:

1) Standard extension to a residential property to create a very spacious open plan living area with delightful views of local park.

2) Roof works incoporated two velux roof lights so that living space is well illuminated with natural light.

3) A real timber floor made up of reclaimed timber from an industrial mill was fitted throughout the new and existing living areas.

4) To make the most of the velux roof lights the ceiling of the extension was vaulted.

5) Modern UPVC French doors to rear elevation of extension.

6) New electrical sockets, telephone and TV aerial sockets.
